The seller (the shipper) has handed your parcel to FedEx, or loaded it onto a truck themselves, and FedEx has recorded that pickup. The parcel is on a truck on its way to the first FedEx facility. It has not yet been scanned inside FedEx's own network, which is why you see this wording about a truck loaded by your shipper.
No. This message by itself is normal and is an early step in the journey. Most parcels reach it right after FedEx receives the shipment information from the seller. Sometimes the same update appears again or the status steps back to the earlier "shipment information sent" message. That is usually a routine scan sequence and not a problem.
Most often, in about two thirds of cases, the next update is "Arrived at FedEx location". That means the parcel has reached its first FedEx facility and been scanned there. In about a quarter of cases the earlier "shipment information sent" message shows up again first. Rarely, an exception such as an unreadable barcode label that was replaced appears. It is normally fixed without any action from you.
