What this status means

GOFO Express has scanned your parcel as it left one of its sorting centers. The parcel was handled there, sorted by destination and loaded onto a vehicle. It is now on the road between GOFO facilities, or on its way to a local delivery depot. It is not yet with the final delivery driver.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan and does not point to a problem. A delay is only likely if the tracking then stays unchanged for much longer than the earlier steps did.

What happens next

The parcel usually gets another scan when it arrives at the next sorting center or at the local depot. Larger journeys can include several sorting centers, so you may see this kind of message more than once. After the last depot, the parcel is handed to a driver for delivery. Scans do not always appear immediately, so the history can lag behind the parcel's real position.

What you can do

• Wait and check the tracking again later. No action is needed now.
• If the status has not changed for longer than usual, contact the seller first, as they are the courier's customer.
• If the seller cannot help, contact GOFO Express with your tracking number.
• Keep your order confirmation and delivery address ready.
