What this status means
GOFO Express has finished handling your parcel at one of its regional hubs, the large sorting centres where parcels from many areas are combined and sorted by destination. The parcel has been scanned as it left the building, usually just after being loaded onto a vehicle. It is now on the road to its next stop.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement scan, not an exception. The parcel is moving forward through the network. Only if the tracking then stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took is it worth looking closer.
What happens next
- Most often, an "In Transit to Next Facility" update, in about half of cases.
- In nearly a third of cases, a "Loaded on Vehicle" scan, meaning the parcel moved onto another vehicle.
- In about one in five cases, "Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station", the local depot that handles the final delivery.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking. Updates may not appear while the parcel is on a truck.
- Check that the delivery address on your order is correct.
- If the tracking does not change for longer than usual, contact the seller first, as they can raise a query with GOFO Express.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you get in touch.
