What this status means

"Loaded on Vehicle" means GOFO Express has put your parcel onto a truck or van at one of its facilities. The parcel is between stages of its journey, not yet at your door. It most often appears right after the parcel arrived at a GOFO regional hub, and it marks the moment the parcel leaves that building for the next one.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a regular part of the route. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. A delay is only likely if the tracking history stops on this line for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

Most often, in about four cases out of five, the next update is "Departed GOFO Regional Hub", which confirms the vehicle has left. In about one case in eight, the parcel next shows "Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station", the local facility that handles the final leg. After that, the parcel is sorted and goes out for delivery.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. Updates may appear in batches when the vehicle is scanned at its next stop.
  • If the parcel has been stuck on this line for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first, as they hold the shipping contract.
  • If the seller cannot help, contact GOFO Express with your tracking number.
  • Have your order details and delivery address ready when you get in touch.
