What this status means

GOFO Express has started grouping your parcel with other parcels heading the same way. This happens at a GOFO facility, before the parcel is loaded for onward transport. Consolidation lets the courier move many parcels together instead of one by one. The parcel is in the courier's network and being handled.

Is my package delayed?

On its own, this message is normal. It is a routine internal step, not an exception or a sign of a problem. If the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took, it is worth watching, but the message itself does not mean something has gone wrong.

What happens next

The usual next stage is that the grouped parcels are sorted and loaded for transfer to another hub or toward the delivery area. You should then see a departure or arrival scan at a further facility. Closer to the end of the journey, the parcel is handed to a local carrier or delivery driver.

What you can do

• Wait and check the tracking history again later; new scans often appear in batches.
• If there is no update for longer than usual, contact the seller first, as they ship the parcel under their own account with GOFO.
• If the seller cannot help, contact GOFO Express.
• Have your tracking number and order details ready.
