упаковка была вскрыта, содержимое посылки частично утеряно, оставшаяся часть повреждена до нерабочего состояния. На этапе СУ ММСП №3 был составлен акт №335 о повреждении упаковки, но о факте утери части содержимого и повреждении оставшейся части, а также о том, куда обращаться владельцу посылки в случае обнаружения пропажи, не сообщается.
