What this status means

iMile has scanned your parcel as arrived at a point along its route. This is usually a sorting centre, a hub or a local delivery station. The parcel is in iMile's network and moving toward you, but it has not been handed to a courier for delivery yet.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is a routine checkpoint scan. Only if the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took would it be worth looking into.

What happens next

The parcel is usually sorted and sent on to the next facility. Once it reaches the delivery station near your address, it is assigned to a courier and the status moves to out for delivery. Other scans may appear in between, depending on the route.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking history again later. New scans often appear only when the parcel leaves or reaches the next facility.
  • Make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct.
  • If nothing changes for longer than the earlier steps took, contact iMile with your tracking number.
  • If iMile cannot help, contact the seller with your order details.
