iMile's "Delivery, Back To DS" means the parcel has returned to the local delivery station (DS), the iMile depot that handles the last leg to your address. It was usually out for delivery just before, so the courier brought it back to the depot instead of handing it over.
This message is an exception, though not necessarily a serious one. It means a delivery attempt did not finish that day, so the parcel is likely to arrive later than planned. Most often the next step is a new delivery schedule, but a small share of parcels go on to be returned to the sender.
In about half of cases the next update is "Delivery, Scheduled to", which means a new delivery has been arranged. Less often the parcel is shown as arrived again or assigned to a delivery agent. In a few cases the delivery could not be scheduled, or the parcel moved into the return process and the order was closed.
