"Delivery, Arrived" means your parcel has reached an iMile facility in the delivery stage of its journey. This is usually a local delivery station (often shown as "DS") or a sorting point close to your address. The parcel is no longer on the long-distance leg. It is inside the network that handles the final handover.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine arrival scan, not an exception. The same line can appear more than once, because a parcel may be scanned at more than one facility on its way. Only if it stays the latest update for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
Most often, in about six cases out of ten, the next update is "Delivery, Dispatch task assigned to DA". This means a delivery agent has been assigned your parcel. In about a quarter of cases the same arrival line repeats, usually after another facility scan. Less often, the parcel goes straight to "Shipment out for delivery". A return notice such as "need to return" is rare.
