Когда увидел рейтинг IML (полторы звезды из пяти), то расстроился. Оказалось, напрасно: курьер привёз к подъезду моего дома посылку с недорогим (410 руб.) товаром ровно за 5 суток с момента оплаты товара. Всё прошло быстро и чётко: звонок курьера с сообщением о приезде в течение получаса и второй звонок через 19 минут о том, что он уже ожидает у подьезда. Посылка пришла в полной сохранности, даже упаковка не помята. Отслеживалась на сайте регулярно без задержки. Это мой первый опыт взаимодействия с курьерской службой IML и он оказался удачным. Вот так бы всегда!

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
