Посылка Москва-Челябинск шла долго, на сообщения и звонки не отвечали. Один раз получилось дозвониться и посылку доставили на следующее утро, хотя статусом трека отображался междугородний транзит. Это наводит на мысли, что посылка валялась на складе больше недели и никому до нее не было дела до моего звонка.

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
