Все нормально, только предупреждать звонком нужно не только за сутки а еще хоть за пол часа, примерно, а не за 2 минуты. В посылке заказывал 2 походных фильтра для воды, а пришел один. Похоже это не ваши проблемы, буду открывать спор с али!
