Отправитель написал не правильный индекс, и посылка ушла в другой город. За истичения срока ее вернули отправителю. С отправителем переписывался он обещал ее переноправить но так и не сделал этого. Теперь пытаюсь вернуть деньги но без успешно. Утверждает что я ее получил.
