Второй раз продавец пользуется услугами IML - худшей службы доставки, с которой приходилось сталкиваться. Посылка из Москвы передана службе доставки 41 день назад, после чего больше не отслеживается. На запросы № 113608, № 115059 отписываются дежурной фразой "Информация по вашему обращению запрошена в соответствующих отделах. Мы проинформируем Вас сразу же после её поступления". Не понятно, зачем продавцы портят свою репутацию, передавая посылки безответственной службе доставки. Им своих денег не жалко?

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
