Доброе утро! Шла дней 10, хотя в моём городе валялась на складе 7 дней, пока не взял курьер, перенос делали молча. Курьер заранее не позвонил, позвонил когда подъехал, хотя задавала на их офиц. сайт, написали за 30-60 минут курьер звонит. Но мне нет! Когда попросила не далеко от меня маме отдать, сказал звоните маме, в итоге через 3 часа только ей завёз, она сидела и ждала его тупо. Должно всё быть заранее, чётко и конечно выполнено как было заявлено. Сервис хромает!

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
