К курьеру претензий нет. Позвонил накануне, привез когда обещал. Есть претензии к логистике самой компании. Посылки по области развозятся раз в неделю, как результат - из 15 дней доставки посылка ровно неделю пролежала в соседнем (50км) городе. И это не первый раз такое. Нет возможности обеспечить нормальные сроки доставки - незачем брать такие заказы, я считаю.

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
