Продавцом была заявлена 4го января, доставлена курьером 5го. Подтверждение пин-кодом из смс. Курьер звонит за полчаса. Сайт курьерской службы во многих разделах (на январь '22) выдаёт ошибку 500. Включая раздел отслеживания. Но работает мобильное приложение (Android). Курьерская служба заявляет, что возможно изменение способа доставки (курьер на самовывоз), но без звонка в колл-центр это невозможно. Через чат-бот на сайте службы возможно изменение или добавление другого номера телефона и изменение даты доставки (не ранее чем через два дня от заявки на смену даты)

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
