Отвратительная, отвратительная, отвратительная компашка. доставка из Москвы в Новосибирск 20 дней! курьер 3 раза назначал дату доставки и не приезжал! Не знаю как они работают в других городах но жителям Новосибирска лучше обходить эту контору подальше. И это не единичный случай, жду от них вторую посылку уже 25 дней. Служба поддержки каждый день говорит что дата доставки назначена на завтра и так каждый день уже 2 недели.

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
