Никогда больше не воспользуюсь услугами IML! Курьерская (!) доставка от Москвы до Ижевска заняла ровно неделю. Понять, в какой день приедет курьер, и, соответственно, планировать свои дела, невозможно. Накануне дня доставки эта информация недоступна. Курьер неадекватный. Неожиданно и без повода нахамил мне с использованием "ненормативной лексики". Когда объяснил ему, что так вести себя нельзя, нахамил ещё раз с использованием тех же слов.

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
