Товар не был доставлен в срок (продавец обещал доставить за 5 дней), и не отслеживался. На сайтах Aliexpress и IML никакой информации для отслеживания не было, кроме фразы, что доставка задерживается. Через день после открытия спора мне пришла SMS с указанием адреса точки самовывоза службы IML на другом конце города далеко от меня, хотя доставить надо было по домашнему адресу. Поехал по адресу, долго искал офис IML, никаких указателей там нет. Так как товар я получил, спор был отменен.

Initially the first tracking number was duplicated. As a result the first order has been delivered to another byer. The Seller provided the new tracking #, and finally I received my product, which is great.
