Посылка дошла до пункта выдачи за 11 дней. Почта Японии отработала четко и быстро. Порядка пяти дней пролежала на Почте России, так как персонал не знал, как принять таможенный платёж. У меня были три попытки получить посылку. Пришлось составить две жалобы на официальном сайте Почты России. Лишь на третий раз удалось получить отправление. Отмечаю, как без оценки, но если объективно: Почта Японии 5 баллов, Почта России неудовлетворительно.

It's a scam. It had all my information for delivery. It was sent back for insufficient address. Then they wanted me to pay a re-shipping even though it was their fault. I guess it's one of their ways of making money. But anyway my daughter will be live on without the prize. They can keep it or just put it back up so someone else can win it.

Big unexplained delay on this package. Not sure if the holiday season was to blame, but very rare for it to take this long.

If a bender offers a shipping rate other than the less expensive option take it. USPS is slow at moving pkgs from import customs facility. Everything else went smooth.
