JCEX has scanned your parcel (its "consignment") at an intermediate transit point. This is a stop between the place it was collected and the delivery area. The parcel is physically inside a JCEX facility, where it is unloaded, sorted and put onto the next vehicle or flight toward its destination.
On its own, this message is normal. It is a routine progress scan, not an exception or a problem report. Parcels often pass through more than one transit point, so you may see this line more than once. It only suggests a delay if the same line stays at the top of your tracking history for longer than the previous steps took.
The parcel is usually sorted and sent on. The next scan typically shows it leaving the transit point, arriving at another transit point, or reaching the local facility that handles delivery. After that it is normally handed to a courier for the final delivery.
