JCEX has handed your parcel to one of its transportation partners, and it has now arrived at that partner's facility. It is waiting to be processed there, which means being scanned, sorted and put onto the next vehicle. The parcel is in the middle of its journey, not yet at the destination.
No. This message by itself is normal. It often follows a transfer between facilities or the release from export customs, and it is a routine step. It only becomes a concern if the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took.
Most often, in about nine cases out of ten, the next update says the parcel is leaving the partner facility and is being sent to a transit hub. Less often, it is reported as arriving in the destination city, or as arriving at a sorting warehouse. After that, the parcel moves on towards local delivery.
