The seller has created a shipping label and sent the parcel details to OnTrac, which now handles LaserShip deliveries. The courier has not yet received the physical parcel. It is probably still with the seller, who may not have handed it over yet. This is the earliest stage of the journey.
Is my package delayed?
Not by this message alone. It is a normal first step, and it only shows that the label exists. The parcel can only move once the seller hands it over. If the message stays unchanged for longer than you would expect, the hold-up is most likely on the seller's side.
What happens next
Almost every time, the next update is that the package has been received and is on its way to an OnTrac facility, with an estimated delivery date. After that you should see regular scan updates as it moves toward your local facility.

- If nothing changes for longer than the seller's stated handling time, contact the seller and ask whether the parcel has been handed to the courier.
