Review by Aleksandr136 about Netherlands Post package RU3********NL

This was my first ever purchase from GB. Earlier I was more than happy that my package was trackable until and unless it reached custom clearance,India on dated 3/3/2019 but unfortunately my package tracking has been automatically stopped on 8/3/19 without any reason.I have contacted GB customer care number of times but it went into vain.No proper solution has been provided till date. on an instance I also requested them to cancel my order and refund me my amount, but GB denied for the same and asked me to wait until 28/4/2019.I have no idea why I have to wait so long for the refund as it was not my fault that my package has been misplaced or lost by the courier firm.

Hi, My packaged had arrived at destination country (Brazil), but at wrong city. After weeks of delay, the package was inadvertently returned to Netherlands, which isn't the original sender country (China). Now it is lost in the middle of the travel, neither in the destination address nor at the senders address, and I was not given the opportunity to pay for another freight to send it back to Brazil.
