Посылку получила, очень довольна, пришло всё, упаковано хорошо, на внутреннюю упаковку не повлияло то что внешняя коробка немного повреждена. При перегрузке где то повредилась. Продавец limonka5 (knitting machine), Ольга, кроме хорошего отзыва ничего писать не могу, внимательная, терпеливая, отвечает на все вопросы. При задержке почтовой службой посылки, отслеживает и передаёт данные об отслежке. (хотя это уже проблема покупателя, я думаю, при наличии отслеживающего номера)

Mi paquete nunca llegó y solo me notifica que está en aduana desde el 17 de diciembre y el pedido se hizo desde noviembre, pésimo servicio

I ordered my package on the 1st of November and it reach NL post on Boxing Day and I still haven’t received it and I can imagine I will be waiting a lot longer. To say I am very annoyed is an understatement. I feel like my package has been lost which is great because that’s a waste of a lot of money
