Отвратительный ‘сервис’ .Из Голландии посылка была отправлена 14.12.2021 до Калининградского сортировочного центра посылка дошла 1.02.2022 и ВСЕ заглохло . Ни сообщений , ничего . Почтовое отделение 236038 не имеет телефона, сортировочный центр тоже не имеет телефона ! Не ожидала од Калининграда ! 2022 год на дворе , а тут как таежный тупик! Информацию о посылке можно единственно получить через ‘горячую линию’ почты России ! До 10го января ни одного сообщения в приложении. После 10го , получала в ответ на звонки в ‘Горячую линию’ автоответ , что ‘ ваша посылка доставлена, oсвяжитесь с местным почтовым отделением ‘! Полнейший бардак! В результате посылка ‘доковыляла ‘ до почтового отделения АЖ 18го января ! Посылка дошла не целостно , вытащили губную помаду . Не говоря о потраченных нервах , срок годности вложенных продуктов сократился на половину , поскольку посылка провалялась в сорт.центре целых 18 дней ! Это абсолютный провал в организации доставки ! Полный отстой !

The package took 40 days to be delivered to Tanzania. The package came in good condition nothing was damaged. This site track my package from the point of Departure to the point of destination correctly. I recommend to use this website

Finally delivered after about 56 days from when ordered. Was originally meant to be shipped separately (it was too), but was later upgraded to consolidated shipment, and sat on a shelf somewhere in China for more than 2 weeks waiting for other parcels to get shipped via Hungarian Post (for some reason...). It then took about 2 more weeks to finally get a move on. As the order was for about 11 different items, only two was shipped normally and arrived in less than 2 weeks. I do not like when an upgrade leads to longer waiting periods. When ordered, all but 2 items, I made sure the other would arrive before the 13:th of Feb, but took almost 2 weeks longer and I had to go to a pick-up location to get them. Not satisfied at all!
