Заказное письмо из Петербурга было отправлено мне во Францию 23-го июля. 6 августа отправление застряло в почтовом отделении Пулково, и никаких сведений о нем больше не было. На сайте «Где посылка» неизменно читалось одно и то же: 6 августа: Экспорт в страну назначения. Я счёл, что мое письмо потеряно. Однако 28 августа письмо снова всплыло и якобы обрабатывается Почтой Франции. Отмечу, что обычно заказные письма из России во Францию я получаю за 8-12 дней. В данном случае история затянулась аж на 37 дней, и письма я пока так и не получил. Конечно, хотелось бы получить разъяснения, но я сознаю, что это я уже размечтался.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.
