Небольшая посылка, высланная из Владикавказа не доехала до адресата в Тунис. На пункте обработки во Франции посылка пролежала неделю, затем, по неизвестным нам причинам ее отправили обратно во Владикавказ и, к тому же, заставили отправителя заплатить за получение посылки. Никто на почте России так толком и не смог объяснить, почему вернули посылку и зачем заставили оплатить то, что уже было оплачено, к тому же обговоренная услуга со стороны перевозчика не была выполнена.. Отслеживание на сайте отличное. Никаких претензий к работе сайта.

Good lamp. Quick delivered. Works fine. Lights lower than I expected. I don't think it's 15 W, but enough to lighten the dark room. Generally, it's a good product.

Order has not been delivered. Two orders (UB102493694HK and LO015102125CN) have been merged into the new common # LO211576837CN at some delivery stage. I've got this parcel with the only one item, the status of the second product become 'Delivered', but actually not. Seller says: "By the system information it's delivered!". AliExpress says: "It's seller responsibility to sent the item again". So, the product is lost. There is no company responsible for that.
