Отправитель предоставил трек номер от другой посылки. Мой адрес в Свердловской области. А мне дали трек от этой посылки которая изначально направлялась в Саранск (и по весу видно что она тяжелее моего заказа). продавец в Китае сослался на ошибку транспортной компании. Но после доставки я открыл спор. Спор еще не решен. Не знаю как тут всё разрешится.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
