самостоятельно пришлось забирать со складов ЕМС в Щелково. До этого момента 4 дня перезвонов со службой поддержки и ежедневных обещаний привезти, но при этом ноль движений вообще. На складе нашли за 10 минут и отдали.

Product came quickly. Within 2 weeks. Tracking information was very good until it left Russia. I was then able to estimate when it might arrive. Tracking updates were regular and accurate. This built confidence that the item was coming. Extremely helpful/ and comforting I would recommend this service.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.
