Посылка пришла очень быстро, вот только получить ее я смогла лишь через три дня после того, как она пришла на почту. Две посылки объединили и присвоили новый трек, а я просила выдать мне посылки по старым трекам. И только после того, как мне отказали на второй день, пошла выяснять, что случилось, почему мне пишут, что посылки на почте, а на почте говорят, что их нет. Мне кажется, что объединив посылки и дав им новый трек для отслеживания, можно было бы и мне об этом сообщить, а не заставлять получать их три дня подряд. К тому же никакого извещения за три дня мне не принесли. Так что "плюс" поставить не могу, не понравилось мне три дня ходить на почту за посылкой.

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time.
