18 декабря 2019 года отправили посылку EMS Почтой России из Санкт-Петербурга на Сахалин, срок доставки 5-7 дней. Посылка шла 17 дней! Почти неделю она ходила по различным сортировкам Санкт-Петербурга и только 25 декабря, наконец-то переместилась в Москву в Домодедово, надеялись, что уж оттуда-то она, наконец-то, как положено быстро двинется к получателю... но не тут-то было... в Домодедово она застряла еще на неделю и сдвинулась с места, только когда уже прошли все сроки и мы начали розыск отправления через горячую линию Почты России(( EMS самый дорогой вид доставки в Почте России, но, как заявляется, и самый быстрый... Однако, на практике, оказалось, что Почте абсолютно все равно, какого класса посылка и какие у нее сроки пересылки. Отвратительная работа!

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time.
