Жаловалась уже на почтовое отделение 420102 г.Казани на вашу горячую линию.Пришел ответ- отписка с искаженными фактами.Мне на почте не предложили, а навязали отправить посылку 1 классом,сказав, что только 1 классом все посылки отправляют в 102 отделении,других способов отправки у них нет и они не знают и информационного плаката тогда у них никакого не было,может сейчас появился.Прошу разобраться и наказать, почему навязали мне отправку посылок 1 классом и почему других они способов отправки не знают,а не заниматься отписками и выдумыванием.Ответ- отписку получила от зам.начальника О.И.Савинцевой 30.12.2019г.номер7.3.18.5.2.2-1/2525

Russian Post tracking is superior to most other post offices I have used worldwide. The delivery is pretty quick as well. There were delays due to weather which are, of course, out of the postal system's control.

Supplier sent my order in 24 hours! I got the product in Moscow in 3 weeks. Excellent!! For comparison, another supplier sent the same product (with higher price) after 1 week of processing only! The first order is already received, the second one is still crossing the border. Before Supplier sent the order, he professionally answered all my questions. By the way, he replied to my requests in a couple of hours at weekend! So, I would definitely recommend this Supplier by combination of Product quality/price, Order Processing Speed, Professionalism in technical issues, Quick and comfortable communication, short delivery time.
