Отправили емс посылку к дню рождения отца. Обещали доставить за 2-3 дня курьером домой! Заплатили за пересылку из Симферополя в Кострому 850 рублей, при том, что обычная посылка обошлась бы чуть ли не в три раза дешевле. Готовы были отдать такую сумму за оперативность и доставку курьером. Однако посылка мало того, что шла 5 дней до Костромы, так ещё и доставлять её на дом никто не собирался. При обращении в отделение по телефону сообщили, что работать некому и поэтому доставят посылку в лучшем случае в среду, тогда как пришла она ещё в субботу. Но ни в среду, ни в четверг её никто так и не доставил. К тому же появилась отметка, что была якобы неудачная попытка доставки, которой на самом деле не было, по признанию самих же сотрудников. В итоге отцу пришлось самому ехать на почту и забирать посылку! Никому не рекомендую пользоваться доставкой емс. Уж лучше отправить обычной почтой, намного быстрее и дешевле получится, как ни странно.

I have been getting CDs in the post from someone in Omsk for over a decade and this is the worst that's happened getting the package to the States where I live. A couple being sent in return were brought back to me in the past and had to be redone. As for this one, it's been over two months time and counting, so I just had to get the same things all over again and I'm waiting for those to even go out. Russia Post must have let this one fall through the cracks in their sorting office in Moscow. Even quarantines with the current global crisis can't be used as an excuse at this stage. Other people have had similar complaints with them. Their US counterpart are having problems of their own with the shakey economy likely facing administration (bankruptcy). Even a package rerouted through the UAE managed to make it to the letter box. Now amazon will open a fulfillment centre in my area and I wonder if this could happen there as well. If you get anything coming from or going within, in or out of Russia, do know the likely risk as far as it ever seeing broad daylight again.
