Внучка послала бабушке посылку с лекарствами из Москвы в Ростов в период пандемии на сумму 7000 руб., причём оформила курьерскую доставку за 1000 руб. Хотела, чтобы бабушка не ходила в аптеку, не заразилась, т.к. в Ростове нет службы доставки лекарств на дом. Посылку украли, из одного промежуточного пункта выбыла, в другой не пришла. Бабушке 80 лет, осталась без лекарств. Деньги не вернули, т.к. курьер заверил, что ценность можно не ставить, посылки не теряются в курьерской службе. И даже не вернули деньги за доставку.

5 months and not delivered. My package goods in the pocket of an unscrupulous worker at Russia Post. They can use all the excuse about the pandemic but 5 months?

What can you do? Missing package that the sender blames on the destination. Truth is, it never really made it out of Russia. Russia post is having some sort of problem. Perhaps stolen by a worker or left in a shelf somewhere. Do you order from Russia any products. It’s a big risk now.
