Когда сдавала письмо, оператор пояснила, что оно будет доставлено быстро, самолётом. 21 день из Крыма в Казахстан. Это какие самолёты летают так "быстро"?! Беда в том, что письмо подолгу лежит в пунктах обработки.

Apparently they covered the address with some sticker along the route so once the package reached my city, the post service was unable to deliver it because there was no readable address to deliver to.
