Посылка ED106622553RU была отправлена 15.02.21, пролежав на службе доставки 16 дней, она доставлена по адресу. Аналогичная ситуация была и в декабре. И это срочность доставки, за которую оплачивает адресат. После многочисленных звонков и представления претензий, после визита и написания заявления в отд. Почты РФ и Управление связи. Если мы отправляем посылки по срочной (авиа) связи, значит мы рассчитываем на быструю доставку. Следующий мой шаг - заявление на материальную компенсацию. О какой ответственности исполнительных служб можно говорить? О порядке, которого нет?

The process from the Russian Post was quite quick, but after the package was released from Russia, it took a lot of time since I got another update about my package. But after receiving information again about my package, the process was quick from the Hungarian Post as well, just in between I've got almost no updates wich was a little bit frustrating

Thx for you But there is a problem that neither the address nor my phone number were placed in the shipment, but I am lucky that I linked it when it arrived and the order was successful.
