Because the ordered and paid GermTex Pro Mask with 30 Filters still didn't came after 98 days, the Tracking didn't move for over 3 months and the merchant only responded to my refund requests with copypasta answers, I now requested a chargeback directly at the credit card company. I now don't know who to blame. Was the tracking number fake? Did Singapore Post and Aliexpress Standard Shipping mess up? But whoever messed up, I am very disappointed with the service.

After 3 months I can not find where is my package , when I track it , the last status update is from 07 April and now is already July . Unbelievable!

I have been waiting on my package to Trinidad for months now everytime I email the company I ordered from they keep telling me it's at my local postal office but it's not there 😡😡😡
