Everything was well packed, wrapped in blister foil and pasted over with adhesive tape. No externally visible damage and was not opened by customs.

Package UF183564858SG not yet delivered for about 60 days transit, this is very absurd and even tracking stopped since 23 March 2021. I even sent email to the support on April 16, no feedback (says Recipient inbox full) was received. Bad customer /support service, no follow-up sms or email notifications. I kindly ask for my refund of USD45.98 to be processed after having waited for over 60 days without a tracking information of ordered package. This is very unacceptable way of shipping company. I just hope some kind of action will be done after sending my review to 4PX express.
