What this status means

Economy SpeedPAK has filed the export customs declaration for your parcel, and the departure country has cleared it to leave. The parcel is still in the origin country, usually at a distribution or export facility, and has not yet been loaded onto an international leg. In almost every case the previous step was "Departed from Regional Distribution Center".

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is a normal step and not an exception. It means the parcel has passed the export check. If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the message itself does not signal a problem.

What happens next

Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next update is "Departed from Origin Country", which means the parcel has left for its destination. In a smaller share of cases the tracking skips ahead to import customs clearance or arrival in the destination country. Some updates may appear in Chinese or show a local delivery partner's reference; this is normal for this service.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. Updates can lag while the parcel is in transit between countries.
  • Check that the delivery address on your order is correct.
  • If the status has not changed for longer than usual, contact the seller first, since they booked the shipment with the courier.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
