What this status means
Economy SpeedPAK has scanned your parcel at a hub in the destination country. The parcel has left the origin country and is now physically in the country where it will be delivered. This is a handover point, not the final delivery depot. Most often it appears right after "Departed from Origin Country", and sometimes after import customs clearance.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is part of the usual route. It is not an exception or a sign of a problem. The step after it can take longer than the previous ones, because the parcel may still need customs processing and handover to a local carrier. Scans are not always frequent at this stage.
What happens next
- Most often (about a third of cases), "Import Customs Clearance Completed".
- In about one fifth of cases, a freight handler collects the parcel at the airport.
- In about one fifth of cases, "Arrived at Regional Distribution Center".
- Less often, the parcel is logged as arrived at customs or at a sort facility.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking history. Updates may pause here for a while.
- If the parcel seems stuck at this step for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first, as they hold the shipping contract with the courier.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
- If customs duties or taxes apply to your order, watch for a payment request, as it can hold up release.
