Departed from Regional Distribution Center

Economy SpeedPAK tracking parcel

What this status means

Economy SpeedPAK has scanned your parcel as it left a regional distribution center, one of the sorting hubs it uses early in the journey. The parcel is on the move between facilities, usually on its way to be prepared for export. Most often the previous step was its arrival scan at the same center.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is a normal step and not an exception. A delay would only be a concern if the tracking stops updating for longer than usual after this line.

What happens next

Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update is "Export Customs Declaration Completed", which means the parcel has been cleared to leave the country of origin. Less often you will see another arrival scan, or the parcel passes through another distribution center or processing facility first. Updates between these steps can be slow, because the parcel may be in transport without being scanned.

What you can do

  • Wait and check the tracking again later. Gaps between scans are common on international economy shipping.
  • If the tracking has not changed for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first.
  • Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
  • If the seller cannot help, ask the courier to trace the parcel.
