Economy SpeedPAK has recorded that your parcel has left the country it was sent from. It has cleared export customs there and is now on an international leg, usually by air or another long-haul transport. The parcel is no longer in the seller's country. It is in transit between countries.
No. This message by itself is a normal step and a sign of progress. It most often follows the export customs declaration being completed. Tracking can go quiet after it, because the parcel is travelling and is not scanned until it arrives. A silence longer than usual is the thing to watch for, not the message itself.
Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next update is "Arrived at Destination Hub", meaning the parcel has reached the destination country. In fewer cases, about one in six, the next update is "Import Customs Clearance Completed". Occasionally the parcel is held for a customs inspection before release. After that it is handed to a local carrier for delivery.
