Nao entregue em 61 dias desde o dia 17 de janeiro foi localizado ao waypoint e nao saiu mais de la, nao ha revisao e nem informaçoes de entrega ou retirada e nao ha oque fazermos a nao ser esperar e esperar

It's been two times using this crappy company to get my AliExpress packages delivered. None of them did reach destination although marked as delivered. I don't know what kind of magic trick they use to come with an acceptable track but it's obviously fallacious. Also, always be careful with companies which tracking numbers aren't recognized by your local post (among others, Canaio). It will be impossible for them to give you infos about your SunYou package, which is probably lost in the Milky Way. "AliexExpress standard shipping" is genuinely a safe bet. On top of that, contacting SunYou will be a life test, since some of their email addresses are fake. More than that, answers take a thousand years and will inevitably tell you it's your fault and urge you to reach your fu*king local post which don't know sh*t about this company. Preserve your mental health, don't go SunYou.
