Посылка получена в нормальном состоянии. Единственная претензия - это то, что почтовое отделение переехало на новый адрес, в 7 микрорайон, и при этом не поступало никаких СМС уведомлений о прибытии посылки с адресом места нахождения отделения Казпочта.

My package was supposed to be here within 12-15 working days. It has been months now and my package was supposed to come in August 8th but they said the delivery was failed and I was home and saw no one. Where is my package?

The big problem starts when the package arrives in Israel. It can wait months in the absorption process and reach far beyond the due date only because the post office in Israel is not working properly!
