Thailand Post's delivery person tried to hand the parcel over at the delivery address, and it did not work. The parcel is still with the local post office that serves your address, not lost. The message does not say why. Common reasons are that nobody was there to receive it, the address could not be found, or the parcel could not be handed over at the door.
A failed attempt is an exception, but usually not a serious one. It means delivery has not happened yet, so the parcel will arrive later than it would have if the first attempt had worked. The message by itself does not mean the parcel is lost. In about half of cases the next update is "Final delivery". Sometimes the message repeats after another failed attempt, which happens roughly a quarter of the time.
