TNT tracking parcel

What this status means

TNT has brought your parcel to the local depot that serves your delivery address. This is the last stop before the courier's final delivery round. The parcel is in a TNT facility, not yet on a van to your door.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign, because the long-distance part of the journey is finished. It is not an exception notice. A delay would only be likely if the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took, or if a later message reports a problem.

What happens next

  • Most often the parcel is delivered directly (about 42% of cases) or marked as out for delivery (about 27%).
  • Less often it is moved on to another TNT location or connection point first.
  • Some parcels are left in an agreed location, as the sender or recipient instructed.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking history. The next update usually comes once the parcel is loaded for delivery.
  • Make sure someone can receive it, or that any delivery instructions you gave are still correct.
  • If the status does not change for longer than usual, or the parcel is marked delivered but is missing, contact the seller first. You can also contact TNT. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
