Посылка доехала, это не первый раз я отправляю этой службой, все приезжает, но! Последний раз, как я не защищала, как ни упаковывала, из 5 баночек варенья, доехала в целом состоянии одна! Это минус, нужно продумать метод доставки таких хрупких вещей, а в целом, претензий нет

My package appears to have been sent by China EMS epacket to Ukraine instead of New Zealand. Now because of the time limit imposed I can no longer track it. It has disappeared.

Thank you. It took just over 2 months to be delivered. Tracking in Namibia seems to be a challenge. Please update your tracking that it includes Namibia (Africa)
