What this status means
"Виїхало з Логістичного центру" means "Departed from the Logistics Centre". Ukrposhta uses logistics centres as large sorting hubs. Your parcel has been sorted there and loaded onto a vehicle. It is now on the road to its next stop inside Ukraine.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine movement step, not an exception. Parcels often come to this step straight after arriving at a logistics centre, or after leaving the international terminal when they come from abroad. A delay is only likely if the tracking stays on this line for noticeably longer than the previous steps.
What happens next
Most often the parcel reaches another logistics centre, which happens in about half of cases (53%). In about a third (32%) it goes straight to a post office branch. In about one case in ten (11%) it goes to a sorting depot. Once it reaches a branch, it is being prepared for handover to you.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking the tracking. New lines appear when the parcel is scanned at the next point.
- When it arrives at a branch, watch for a notification and collect it within the storage period the branch gives you.
- If the status has not changed for longer than usual, contact Ukraine Post with your tracking number.
- If the parcel was ordered online, you can also ask the seller, with your order details ready.
